News · High School Summer Conditioning Schedule


High school athletics will return on Monday July 6th. Athletes will be required to have face coverings available at all times. Athletes will be allowed to wear face coverings at any time, but it will be a requirement while they are not participating in a workout and social distancing is not possible. Additionally, athletes will be required to bring their own water and towel. Prior to participating, athletes will need to turn in a Daily Pre-Participation Checklist, found here: Daily Pre-Participation Checklist. 2019-2020 athletic physicals will be valid for the upcoming year if they are currently on file in the athletic office and if the following document has been completed: Health History Questionnaire. If an athlete does not have a 2019-2020 physical on file, they will need to complete one before participating in open facilities.

There will be no contact the first 2 weeks of open facilities, and only fall sports will be allowed to do skill work. Winter and spring sports will be allowed to do skill work beginning on July 20th. All conditioning and skill sessions the first 2 weeks will be conducted outside at the track (or adjacent fields). Only athletes, trainers and coaches will be allowed to attend. School staff will be present at the gate to receive the Daily Pre-Participation Checklist. This will allow for us to ensure the safety of our athletes, as well as track attendance in the event of a future COVID case. The open facilities schedule for the first two weeks are as follows:

Boys Soccer- Monday, Wednesday and Friday conditioning from 4:30-6pm, Tuesday and Thursday skills from 4:30-6:00pm.

Girls Soccer- Tuesday and Thursday skills from 6:00-7:30pm (beginning on Thursday July 9th).

Girls Volleyball- Monday, Wednesday and Friday conditioning from 5:30-7pm, Tuesday and Thursday skills from 5:30-7:00pm.

Boys Volleyball- Monday and Wednesday conditioning from 5:00-6:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday skills from 5:00-6:30pm

Boys Basketball- Tuesday and Thursday open gym from 7:30-9:00am.

Girls Basketball- Tuesday and Thursday conditioning/open gym from 8:00-10:00am.

Cross Country- Tuesday and Thursday conditioning from 8:00-9:00am.

Cheerleading- July 10th, 15th and 17th from 8:30-10:00am.

Boys Baseball- TBA
