Hannon Named 1st Team Academic All-State

Senior Jaron Hannon was named to the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association Academic All-State Team yesterday. Jaron became just the second Blackhawk to receive this prestigious honor, joining 1998 graduate Jon Whiteaker. Only 39 boys were honored this year, with criteria including GPA, SAT scores and class rank, as well as statistical contributions to the team.

Update On Westville Spring Sports

Due to Westville Schools closing until at least April 14th, all Westville athletic programs have been suspended indefinitely. Once we are given the all clear to resume school, we will resume athletics. Once that occurs we will need to conduct the IHSAA mandated number of practices before games can take place. The boys basketball team fell 60-47 Wednesday night to Boone Grove. Jevon France led the way with 15 points and 4 rebounds. Boys Middle School Volleyball Wins Opener
